Return Window Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received (including tags and labels)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened hygiene, personal care, or consumable items (for health and safety reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@nagomarket.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping label.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except when the return is due to our error).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at info@nagomarket.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs where applicable.
